How does horary astrology work?

Horary astrology is an ancient branch of traditional astrology (over 1,000 years old) that answers a specific question by interpreting the celestial chart for the precise moment and location the question was asked. A trained astrologer reads the positions of planets, houses, and aspects to provide a unique answer.

Who answers my questions?

Every answer is personally crafted by a qualified human horary astrologer. There is no AI, no algorithm, and no automated content. Each reading is 100% unique and written specifically for your question.

How long does it take to receive an answer?

Standard delivery is within 48 hours. Priority delivery is within 12 hours. You will receive a notification when your answer is ready.

Why does the app need my location?

Horary astrology requires the exact geographic coordinates and timestamp of when your question is asked. This information is essential for casting an accurate celestial chart. Your location data is only used for this purpose and is kept confidential.

What languages are supported?

Ask Lilly is available in Turkish, English, Arabic, Spanish, and Russian.

How do I request a refund?

If you are unsatisfied with a reading, please contact us at support@asklilly.app within 7 days. You can also request a refund through Apple by visiting reportaproblem.apple.com.

Is my question private?

Yes. Your questions are strictly confidential. Only your assigned astrologer can see your question, and all data is securely stored.

How do I restore my purchases?

Open the app, go to Settings, and tap "Restore Purchases." Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
